Below are some sample statistics relating to the speed and volume capabilities of various Maresware programs. This information is provided by the logging features of Maresware software.

When evaluating test results it is important to include, at least, the CPU speed and the speed of the hard drive. Other factors will, of course, affect the test results. For instance, as the data below shows, even changing the number of records in a file can affect processing time.

Also take notice of the Search speeds when we went to a W2K OS, and/or used a wide SCSI drive running at 7200 RPM.
